Primary launch prices

Plot #1 launches at $1,000, Plot #2 at $500, and Plot #3 at $300. These three premium prices stay fixed until their first completed sale. Plots #4–#100 begin at the current regular-plot base price.

Regular-plot price ladder

The price for every still-unclaimed regular plot rises only when provider-confirmed primary sales reach a milestone. Failed payments, resales, offers, renewals, and refunds do not create an extra milestone sale.

• 0–9 primary plots sold: $1 each
• 10–19 sold: $2 each · 20–29 sold: $5 each
• 30–39 sold: $10 each · 40–49 sold: $15 each
• 50–59 sold: $20 each · 60–69 sold: $25 each
• 70 or more sold: $30 each, the permanent maximum base price

No expiry bidding

Hundredspots does not run reclaim bidding. After a seven-day renewal grace period, an expired plot is offered for 30 days at the former owner's acquisition price. The first eligible buyer to complete verified payment receives it; the former owner receives net sale proceeds through the payment provider. If no one buys, the plot returns to $1 platform inventory.

• No spam, SEO-link schemes, automated manipulation, or evasion of safety scans.
• No promises that a plot guarantees profit, resale, liquidity, or appreciation.

Marketplace integrity

Off-platform plot sales, account sales, wash trading, collusion, self-dealing, fake offers, circular trades, chargeback abuse, and attempts to fabricate volume are prohibited. The platform may pause, limit, review, or remove suspicious activity.

Enforcement and appeals

Actions range from link/content removal and discovery limits to marketplace freeze, account suspension, evidence preservation, and legally required escalation. Affected users receive an appeal route where law and safety permit.

Report a problem

Every plot and public activity item has a report action. Urgent child-safety, credible-threat, fraud, doxxing, copyright, privacy, and impersonation cases are routed separately.

• Reports receive a case reference.
• Malicious or repetitive reporting is rate-limited.
• Content actions never silently rewrite ownership or money records.
