Four plain steps
The map is public, ownership is provider-confirmed, and every new buyer receives a fresh term based only on their own completed purchase price.

Buy primary inventory at its exact price, purchase an active listing, or make a genuine offer on any active owned plot. Checkout creates a short payment lock. Ownership changes only after the payment provider confirms capture.
Draft, preview, and publish escaped structured content, one processed image with crop controls, and one approved HTTPS link. Owners can also prepare a fixed-price listing; each publish creates an immutable revision.
A plot may be renewed when renewal is offered under the price and conditions shown at checkout. A payout-ready owner may list or accept an offer. On sale, personal content resets and the buyer receives a fresh three-year term.
An owner who acquired for $100 and resells for $200 has $100 of positive profit. The platform fee is 30% of that profit: $30. Seller gross is $170 before separately disclosed provider or tax deductions. At break-even or a loss, the profit fee is $0.
